Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
To ensure a smooth and fair process, all return and exchange requests must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- All return and exchange requests must be initiated by the customer and approved by the House of SKAD team prior to shipping the item back.
- Any product returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

The item must be returned in its original condition, including:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- With all original tags and labels intact
- In its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
- Once the request is approved, the customer must ensure that the product is securely packed and shipped within the communicated timeline.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne entirely by the customer.
- House of SKAD will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed during return transit.
- All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt. If the product does not meet the above conditions, House of SKAD reserves the right to decline the return or exchange request.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, customers are required to follow the process outlined below:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

To raise a request, customers must contact our support team at support@houseofskad.com,
providing:
- The order number
- A clear mention of the item to be exchanged
- The reason for exchange (size/fit/others)
- A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all exchange requests.
Exchange Process and Fulfilment
- All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once approved, the item must be returned in its original condition as mentioned in the eligibility section.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service.
- House of SKAD will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Upon receipt, all items will undergo a quality inspection. Products that do not meet our standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.
- Once approved after inspection, the exchange will be processed and a replacement will be dispatched based on availability or alternatively, store credit may be issued.
If Desired Style is Unavailable
In the event that the requested size is unavailable at the time of exchange:
- Customers may opt to select an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.
- Alternatively, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.
The store credit:
- Will be issued only after the returned item has passed our quality inspection.
- Will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Can be redeemed across any available styles, offering flexibility to shop at your convenience.
Damages and Issues
Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. In case you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
To raise a request, email us at support@houseofskad.com with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved after a quality check, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
- Cancellations are only possible while the order is being processed, prior to dispatch.

Refund Policy
House of SKAD does not offer monetary refunds.
All eligible returns are processed strictly as store credit in the form of gift vouchers. This policy allows us to maintain the quality, exclusivity and made-to-order nature of our pieces while still offering flexibility for future purchases.
The issued store credit:
- Will be provided only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
- The gift voucher will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- It can be redeemed across any available styles on our website.
