Returns and Exchanges

• Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed with all tags intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all requests.

Eligibility

• All return or exchange requests must be initiated and approved before sending the item back.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Store Credit

At House of SKAD, we offer store credit in the form of gift vouchers instead of refunds, giving you the flexibility to shop with us again at your convenience.

Order Cancellations

• Requests for cancellation can only be initiated before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, kindly contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, email us at help@houseofskad.com with your order number along with clear images of the issue. Once reviewed and approved after a quality check, we will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Alterations

All custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns. However, we offer alteration services to ensure the best possible fit.

At House of SKAD, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. Our custom pieces may be eligible for minor alterations, subject to review, if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that shipping charges for items sent for alterations are to be borne by the customer.

• House of SKAD reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our quality standards upon inspection.
• All custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns.
